Vietnam Internet Day 2021 launched in Hanoi
(VOVWORLD) - The number of internet service providers in Vietnam, now stands at more than 100, is likely to increase in the time ahead, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said at the launch of Vietnam Internet Day 2021 in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Addressing the event themed “Recovery and breakthrough in the era of datafication”, Mr. Dam said today Internet serves the work needs of all people.
As of June, the number of Internet users in Vietnam reached nearly 70 million and there will be more and more people using Internet-based services.
Several workshops on datafication, internet infrastructure in Vietnam, and data infrastructure, along with an exhibition are being held as part of the event.
