(VOVWORLD) -Former President Truong Tan Sang and the Vietnam Red Cross on Sunday delivered 45 out of a total of 1,000 sets of life jackets and gifts to fishermen in difficult circumstances in Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province.

Khanh Hoa is one of 14 central provinces and cities that have received a total of 14,500 sets of life jackets in 2022 donated by former President Sang.
