(VOVworld) - The 11^th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will open on Wednesday. The deputies will debate the procedure for conducting a vote of confidence on elected officials or official appointed by the National Assembly or People’s Councils.

They will also discuss supervisory reports on policy implementation, the law on land for ethnic minority housing and production, and the resolution of petitions and complaints relating to land policies.

The Committee will give opinions on a government report on the enforcement of the law on practicing thrift, reducing waste, and combating corruption, and reports on the performance of the People’s Supreme Court, and the People’s Supreme Procuracy. Other issues for discussion will be audit plan for next year and preparations for the 4^th session of the 13^th National Assembly.

The Committee will also debate proposed revisions to laws on Lawyers, Publishing, Capital, Private Income Tax, Residency, Science, Technology, Land, and Employment.
