(VOVWORLD) - Significant reduction of green house gas emissions will be part of the national strategy on green growth until 2030 with a vision to 2050 that the Ministry of Planning and Investment is drafting.
It will include targets of green economic production; environmental-friendly lifestyle; sustainable, inclusive consumption; and improved resilience in the transformation process.
The strategy aims for green, inclusive growth and a humane society where no one is left behind, ensuring the conformity of Vietnam’s growth with the 2030 sustainable development goals and the Paris agreement on climate change.
