2023 Hue Traditional Craft Festival opens
(VOVWORLD) - The 2023 Hue Traditional Craft Festival opened on Friday to revitalize, preserve, and promote the quintessence of traditional craft villages in Vietnam.

More than 350 artisans from famous craft villages of Thua Thien - Hue, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the provinces of Hoa Binh, Thai Binh, Ninh Thuan, Quang Nam, and Nghe An will show their skills and steps to make signature products of their villages, including woven, wood, sculptured, lacquer, jewellery, bamboo, rattan, and incense ones.

Vo Le Nhat, Chairman of the Hue municipal People's Committee, said: "The festival features artisans, artists, researchers, organizations, and individuals inside and outside the country who to join the effort to preserve and promote traditional values. A number of cultural and art events and programs will be held on this occasion to further promote trade and tourism activities and spread the brands of Hue, a festival city of Vietnam."
