At a ceremony in Nam Dinh on Saturday, Mr. Hue said building new rural areas is a continuous process towards achieving role models and sustainability: “Creating jobs and improving people’s living condition are key to building new style rural areas. We are glad that Nam Dinh farmers’ income has tripled, one fold higher than the national average, since the province embarked on this program. This is an impressive result. Building new rural areas should be combined with agricultural restructure and rural economic development. Agricultural restructure needs rearrangement of production, new model of cooperatives, and application of science and technology.”
