45,000 people visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on April 30, May 1 holiday

(VOVWORLD) -The Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum said it welcomed and served nearly 45,000 people who visited the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on the three day holiday April 30, May 1, and May 3.

Over the past four days, more than 4,000 people offered incense to commemorate the great leader at the K9 relic site in Hanoi’s Ba Vi district, where the body of President Ho Chi Minh was preserved from 1969 to 1975.

As a large number of Vietnamese and international visitors wanted to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Management Board extended the opening hours of the Mausoleum on April 30 and May 1.
