(VOVworld) – The fourth international festival of Vietnamese traditional martial arts will be held early next month in the southern province of Binh Dinh. The festival serves to honor and preserve traditional Vietnamese values and introduce international friends to the martial arts of Binh Dinh province. Van Trong Hung is Director of the Binh Dinh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: “The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the province to host the festival every two years to commemorate the Tay Son movement and honor Vietnam’s national hero Quang Trung-Nguyen Hue. Something new this year is an organized competition for a martial arts cup”.
