The companies have strived to improve working conditions and build harmonious relations with workers towards sustainable growth. Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Bui Van Cuong, spoke at the event in Hanoi on Wednesday: “Our ratings of enterprises with pro-workers policies have criteria relating to income, training, working condition and social welfare policies. The criteria prioritize businesses with the best lenient policies for workers which go beyond the bar set by legal requirements.”

The merits aim to promote businesses care for workers, reflecting Party guidelines and state policy, considering the human factor the most valuable social resource.
