(VOVworld)- More than 8 million USD was donated to the Central Highlands’ social welfare program at an art event held in Da Lat City, Lam Dong province, on Sunday.

The event was part of the 3rd conference to promote local investment and social welfare in the region.

The Central Highlands Steering Committee has called on domestic and foreign individuals, organizations, sectors, localities, and businesses to continue their support for programs in social welfare, poverty reduction, safe water supply, and production to improve the lives of local ethnic minority groups and help the region grow sustainably.
