9th National Assembly session enters its final week
(VOVworld) – The 9th National Assembly meeting voted on Monday to approve the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents. Lawmakers discussed amendments and supplements to the Vietnam Maritime Code and the revised Law on Statistics. During this final week, deputies will vote to approve a number of Laws including the Law on Sea and Island Natural Resources and Environment, the revised Law on State Budget, the Law on Labour Safety and Hygiene, and the Law on the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People’s Councils. They are also expected to approve a resolution on the construction of Long Thanh international airport and resolutions on Oversight and Q&A sessions. The 9th National Assembly meeting will close this Friday.
