At the launch event on Tuesday, US Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Mary Tarnowka said the “American Hangout” is a model of interactive learning in Vietnam, providing students with access to book collections on the US and English teaching documents and magazines.
The space is also expected to help people exchange knowledge and improve their English competency.
