Australia increases ODA for Vietnam

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam would receive 78.9 million AUD of Official Development Assistance (ODA) from Australia for the 2020-2021 fiscal year, an increase of 700,000 AUD from last year, according to a budget plan announced by the Australian government on Tuesday.

The Australian Federal Budget for 2020-2021 will spend over 1 million AUD for Southeast Asian and East Asian countries, a slight boost from 1 billion AUD to 1.01 billion AUD.
