Azerbaijan and Armenia agree to a cease-fire
(VOVWORLD) - Russia's top diplomat Sergey Lavrov said Saturday that Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on a ceasefire to exchange prisoners and bodies.

The cease-fire is set to go into effect at Saturday noon, Lavrov said, adding that the two countries agreed to begin peace negotiations. The statement was made after 10 hours of talks between diplomats in Moscow hosted by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
