(VOVworld)-The Ministry of Education and Training has recognized Bac Ninh as the first province to provide kinder garden education for all children at five.

Speaking at the event on Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan praised the provincial achievement and called for more efforts to address difficulties including teaching aids and classroom shortage in other educational levels:“The province should review criteria for educational universalisation in schools of various levels and initiate new English teaching program launched by the government. I encourage other provinces to follow suit and ensure standardized kinder garden service for children at five.”
