Bamboo Airways to expand routes in Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s newest air carrier Bamboo Airways plan to operate flights on 37-40 air routes in 2019, expanding its network throughout Vietnam, according to General Director Dang Tat Thang.
International flights to destinations in Asia, Europe and Oceania could begin in the second quarter of this year, starting with Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia, said Thang. The airline is looking at places like Seattle, Los Angeles and San Francisco for direct flights to the US, probably at the end of this year or early next year.
