Belarus, Russia ready to handle any threat
(VOVWORLD) - The Belarusian Defense Minister on Monday said that the country's armed forces stand ready to help Russia cope with any threat.

Viktor Khrenin made the statement during Belarusian-Russian military drills called Slavic Brotherhood-2020.
"We’re ready to cope with any threat to ensure national security and protect citizens who want to live and work for the benefit of their country,” he said.
This year’s Slavic Brotherhood exercise is taking place September 14-25 in Belarus. The Russian Ministry of Defense said the exercises are conducted for anti-terrorism purposes and are not aimed at any other country.
