Brazil wants to boost cooperation with Vietnam

(VOVworld)- Brazil and Vietnam need to continue their efforts to effectively implement agreements signed by the two countries while negotiating new ones, to further develop bilateral relationship.

Brazilian President Michel Temer made the statement at a meeting with the Vietnamese Ambassador to Brazil Do Ba Khoa who presented his credentials on Thursday.

President Temer spoke highly of Vietnam’s achievements in its renewal process and its increasingly important position in the world.

Ambassador Khoa lauded Brazil’s economic recovery regardless of global economic difficulties, adding that Vietnam appreciates Brazil’s important role in the region and the international arena.

He called on the Brazilian Government to enable Vietnam’s goods to make inroads into markets in Latin America and recognize Vietnam’s market economic status soon.
