Addressing the event, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong asked for further institutional improvement in the Party and State in social economic management as well as anti-corruption, while promoting communications and building up integrity culture especially among civil servants and people.
63 cities and provinces nationwide have established their local committee to fight corruption and negative phenomena, reflecting resolute determination in this regard.
