(VOVworld) -  The Central Theoretical Council for the 2011-2015 term has convened its 6^th session to discuss political system reforms, party leadership enhancement in mass mobilization, climate change adaptation, and environmental protection. In his opening speech in Hanoi on Wednesday, Council President Dinh The Huynh urged the members to promote a sense of accountability, democracy, and frankness to contribute their viewpoints to the council’s high quality reporting and consultancy to the Politburo and the Secretariat.
