Then the Minister of Education and Training and the Minister of Health discussed with child deputies these two topics. The Q&A was part of the second mock session of the Children’s National Assembly, which opened in Hanoi on Saturday with the participation of more than 200 child deputies.

Speaking at the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed that the Party and State always pay special attention to the cause of protecting, caring for and educating children.

Expressing his impression of the performance of the children's National Assembly deputies, Chairman Man said that many of the children's questions and solutions were very relevant and derived from reality.

The National Assembly, the Government, ministries, sectors and organizations take into serious consideration issues related to children in the process of drafting and promulgating policies and laws. The three-day children’s National Assembly mock session was a success, said Chairman of the National Assembly.

Children's National Assembly mock session serves as a forum for children to express their voices, thoughts, and aspirations. The model creates opportunities for children to develop their skills in expressing opinions and to engage in the decision-making process regarding matters of their concern.
