China to fully open border to Hongkong, Macau from Feb 6
(VOVWORLD) - China said on Friday that cross-border travel between the mainland China, the special administrative region of Hong Kong and Macau will fully resume from Monday.

According to China’s Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office, existing quotas and a mandatory COVID-19 test before traveling for people in the two regions will be dropped. Customs checkpoints will return to pre-pandemic levels.
Hong Kong's leader John Lee said at a press conference on Friday that Hong Kong will also scrap a COVID-19 vaccination requirement to enter Hong Kong for all arrivals, including non-Hong Kong residents.
