Competitive energy market development project approved
(VOVWORLD) - The Prime Minister has approved a competitive energy market development project until 2030 with a vision to 2045 for three subsectors - coal, gas, and electricity, which are the key players in Vietnam’s energy sector.

The project aims to develop healthy, competitive coal, gas, and electricity markets regulated by the State, ensure national energy security, diversify investment channels, and exploit domestic resources efficiently. The three subsectors will strive for close coordination and price transparency.
