(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung affirmed the importance of implementing Vietnam’s new Constitution at a conference in Hanoi on Wednesday. During the online conference with people in Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hoa Binh, Hung Yen, and Ha Nam province, Chairman Hung said the implementation will affect the entire political system and create positive changes in all aspects of society. Chairman Hung comments:
“The implementation process requires participation of people and agencies at all levels. Vietnam’s Constitution took effect at the beginning of this year. Under a National Assembly resolution, people from all walks of life will be informed of the Constitution’s value and its scientific and practical significance make them more conscious of the need to abide by the Constitution. The intent is to ensure that the Constitution is respected and strictly followed.”
Participants were told the National Assembly Standing Committee’s plan to implement the Constitution, with each sector outlining its own action plan.
