(VOVworld) – Construction of a number of important facilities began in Kien Giang province on Tuesday. These include Kien Giang General Hospital, Vo Van Kiet secondary school, and Tay Rach Gia urban area.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended the ground breaking ceremonies of these facilities. The Kien Giang hospital with a total investment of 150 million USD will be completed in 2018. Tay Rach Gia urban area is aimed at improving the province’s technical infrastructure. The project will set aside 42% of its land reserve for resettlement.
