COVID-19 update on Sunday morning
(VOVWORLD) - According to worldometers.info, as of Sunday morning, there have been 33,052,751 COVID-19 infections, 998,686 deaths, more than 24.4 million fully recovered.
The US remains the world epicenter with 7.3 million patients and nearly 210,000 deaths. India followed with nearly 6 million cases, and Brazil came third with 4.7 million infections.
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson called for deeper and broader international cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 and other pandemic in the future, adding that all will lose if we don’t join hand in coping with SARS-CoV-2.
