Da Nang ready to welcome tourists from India and Middle East in October

(VOVWORLD) -The Da Nang Department of Tourism on Saturday introduced information about psychology, culture and tastes of the Indian and Middle Eastern tourists in order to get ready to welcome them to the city. As scheduled, direct flights from the major Indian cities of Mumbai and New Delhi to Da Nang will begin in October.

Vietnam has applied an e-visa for Indian tourists and India has also recognized Vietnam's vaccine passport.

Experts predict that in 2023, there would be roughly 1.3 million Indian tourists visiting Vietnam. The city of Da Nang will welcome several hundred thousand people, and it has created a number of alluring packages for this market, especially high-class tourism products and services.

Vietjet Air will launch two first direct flights linking Mumbai and New Delhi with Da Nang starting October.  

Da Nang city also plans to promote Da Nang tourism in Middle Eastern countries and to reopen the Doha-Da Nang direct flights.
