Denmark supports Vietnam’s green energy development
(VOVWORLD) - Helping the energy sector with green development and transformation is among the top priorities of Denmark’s cooperation policy with Vietnam, Danish Ambassador to Vietnam Kim Hojlund Christensen said Wednesday.

At an online signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on supplying pile foundations and logistics ports for the La Gan offshore wind power project in Binh Thuan province, Ambassador Christensen said projects like La Gan will enhance cooperation between the two countries in sharing information and improving the capacity of experts and employees in offshore wind power.
The offshore wind farm project in La Gan, owned by Danish group Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Asiapetro, and Novasia, is worth more than 10 billion USD. The project is expected to create more than 45,000 full-time jobs.
