Deputy PM applauds Japan’s Marubeni Corporation business performance
(VOVWORLD) -Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha applauded the Japanese Marubeni Corporation’s production and business performance in Vietnam, especially in the energy sector, as he received Yoshiaki Yokota, Managing Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Energy & Infrastructure Solution Group at Marubeni, on Friday in Hanoi.

Deputy Prime Minister Ha promised maximum support in accordance with the law and said he hopes that Marubeni Corporation will continue to make long-term investments, use new technologies, and establish research and development centers in Vietnam.
Yoshiaki Yokota said his Corporation is interested in offshore wind and solar power projects in Vietnam, wishing to contribute to the roadmap on greenhouse gas emissions reduction in Vietnam.
