(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has asked the Ministry of Information and Communications to develop a correct and clear understanding of the 4^th technological revolution to foster development. He was speaking at the Ministry’s  year-end review meeting in Hanoi on Friday:

“We need to develop the broadband network’s infrastructure and turn it into a public facility. This will boost the development of e-government following new instruction from the Prime Minister to realise e-government targets."
