(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday to begin a three-day official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the invitation of DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, according to Yonhap news agency.

The visit is being made after Minister Ri officially visited Hanoi from November 29 to December 2 last year.
