(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh attended the “All people protect national security” Day festival in the northern province of Quang Ninh on Monday, and urged better measures to make the activity more practical and effective.

“Safeguarding security and order is the responsibility of the entire political stem and people with the police serving as the key force," said Deputy PM Minh.
He said the "All people protect national security" movement should go hand in hand with other patriotic emulation movements to create a widespread effect on the people.
