At a meeting with Quang Ninh authorities the same day, Phuc praised the province's efforts to overcome consequences caused by storms and floods. He asked the Ministry of Finance to allocate funding for restoring main transport routes and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to work with the Coal and Mineral Group to clean up mud waste. Mr. Phuc: “We need to clean up the environment to prevent diseases and ensure normal activities of local people. We also need to take care of flood victims, provide them with food and water and ensure their traveling. It’s important to closely follow weather developments to take prompt actions”.
