(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh chaired a meeting of the National Steering Committee on ODA and preferential loans in Hanoi on Wednesday.

In 2017 Vietnam will no longer receive preferential ODA from the World Bank

He asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance to collect opinions from 6 banks on relending through financial organizations so as to complete related policies and laws. Deputy PM Minh requested the State Bank of Vietnam, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to map out appropriate plans for loans with less preferential interest rates.
