Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has spoken highly of the role and effort of the Friendship Associations of both Vietnam and Laos in boosting exchanges for the two peoples. At a meeting in Hanoi yesterday with delegates to the 3^rd Vietnam – Lao People’s Friendship Festival, Mr. Phuc said the Vietnamese Government will create the best conditions for both Associations to realize initiatives and action plans in organizing exchange activities to increase understanding amongst the two peoples. Phuc wished for more programs to further consolidate the traditional friendship relations and cooperation between the two nations.
