Mr. Dam said Vietnam needs to continue to provide direct teaching to students in pandemic-free localities while increasing innovation and digital transformation in education. He said in pandemic-hit localities authorities need to combine online teaching and televised education. 

'Although online education has its advantages, there are still some students who cannot benefit from online study, so we must also provide education through television. We will deliver lessons and tests via documents to students who cannot learn via television or the internet. Education must be provided to every student,' said Mr. Dam.

Deputy Prime Minister Dam asked the Ministry of Education and Training to reduce the study load when using online or televised teaching. He asked ministries and organizations to mobilize donations of school supplies for students during the epidemic.
