Addressing the event, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said that data transparency at the government, business and community level is crucial for scientists in allowing them to develop ideas on the construction of smart cities: “I hope that the summit and its related events in Binh Duong will provide a platform for managers and scientists to share valuable experience and lessons on innovation and creativity. This will have a positive impact  on renovation and innovation in all cities and provinces.”
