Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue attends HCMC National University’s new school year celebration
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue attended the new school year ceremony of Ho Chi Minh City National University on Saturday.

Speaking in the event, the Deputy Prime Minister wished the students to overcome difficulties and make good school progress for themselves, their families and national contribution. He praised tertiary educational self-reliance and innovation as key factors in national reform and development.
