(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has praised Ha Nam provincial leaders and people for their efforts to facilitate the construction of a beverage factory there. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Number 1 Beverage Factory in Kien Khe township on Sunday, Hai said over the past 5 years, Ha Nam has tapped its advantages to attract major investors and become a realiable destination for Vietnamese and foreign investors. The Deputy PM urged the province to help enterprises during the construction of the factory. He also asked enterprises to protect the environment, and meet quality and hygiene standards.
