(VOVworld) - Soc Trang province and the Southwestern Steering Committee held a meeting to mark the traditional new year of the Khmer people in the southwest. Speaking in the celebration on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue called for more efforts to care for people’s life. He wished the Khmer people a jubilant celebration of the Chol Chnam Thmay.
