Ninh Thi Hong, Deputy Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights, said: “The program has been well received by enterprises and benefactors. The association has worked with groups like the Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Norway who will be in Vietnam early next month to present more than 4,300 USD to poor children in Quang Ninh and finance two orphans with 860 USD each to repair their houses. 60 others will receive Tet gifts. The program has been effective on a broad scale.”

The program will be held in Bac Kan, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, Binh Dinh, Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, and Kon Tum provinces.
