(VOVworld) - Special Representative of the OSCE in Ukraine Martin Sajdik reported violations of the truce in the Donbass and said that all sides are unhappy with the developments.

At a meeting of the Trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Donbas in Minsk, Belarus, on January 20, Sajdik said the working group on security were agreed deadlines for completion of mine clearance areas and the restoration of critical civilian facilities by March 21.
They also said involved parties have criticized each other for violating the prisoner swap deal signed on January 13. Kiev said Donbass representative’s requests on prisoner swaps were unacceptable, while the Donetsk and Lugansk representatives said Ukraine had rejected its list of prisons.
