Dutch police arrest second suspect after terror threat at Rotterdam rock concert

Officers initially detained a Spanish man driving near a music venue in which a rock concert was cancelled due to a threat of an attack. The man was being held in Rotterdam, where he was stopped in a white vehicle with Spanish licence plates carrying gas cannisters on Wednesday, police said. Spanish authorities had tipped the Dutch to potential danger at the venue known as Maassilo where California band Allah-Las was set to play, but a judicial source in Spain said there was no link to the attacks in Barcelona last week.
