(VOVworld) – Vice National Assembly Chairman Uong Chu Luu received Kuwait’s delegation of friendship parliamentarians led by Khalil Abdulla Ali, Chairman of the Kuwait-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians Group.
Mr. Luu expressed his hope that the two sides could foster cooperation in economics, trade, development assistance, and legislative activities. He urged the two legislative agencies to organize more high-level visits and closely cooperate at regional and international parliamentary forums.
Khalil Abdulla Ali, who is also President of Kuwait’s Committee for Culture, Education, and Vocational Guidance, said their first ever visit to Vietnam aimed to improve bilateral relations in all aspects.
