(VOVWORLD) -European Union (EU) defense ministers on Tuesday adopted a roadmap for the implementation of the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO).
The roadmap provides strategic direction and guidance on processes, including sequencing the fulfillment of commitments. It also provides a timeline for agreeing on possible future projects.
25 EU members have agreed to participate in PESCO, including Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.
