At a seminar in Hanoi on Wednesday, they called on Vietnam to take full advantage of its human resources to build a modern and open educational system. Tran Hong Quan, Chairman of the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges, said: “We continue to implement the revised Education Law. We need to resolve three issues: quality of labor, quality of training, and restructuring of labor.”
