(VOVworld) – An export forum under the theme of “Dialogue with the Commercial Counselors” has opened in Ho Chi Minh City. Leaders of  theMinistry of Industry and Trade, economic experts, and trade counselors attended the event. They looked at mechanisms, policies, and this year’s export trend.  Businesses shared their experiences regarding export markets.  Nguyen Thi Hong is Deputy Chairwoman of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City: “Through the forum we not only resolved difficulties, but also presented priority mechanisms and export policies for domestic and foreign businesses. Moreover, the city is assisting businesses in their trade promotion and product presentation, expanding their market shares and approaching new markets by means of trade fairs and promotional programs.”

Trade counselors presented opportunities, potential, and described the barriers Vietnamese businesses face when wanting to export their products to other countries.
