(VOVworld) – The 5^th conference on external relations of central and central highlands provinces took place in Quang Ngai on Friday. Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Minh Khoi expressed his hope that the event will be organized annually and called on regional provinces to uphold their role as a motive force so that Party and government guidelines and policies can reach all people, including the poor. He said central and central highlands provinces should be more proactive in implementing policies on integration.
