Favorable consular services ensured to serve the public
(VOVWORLD) - The Foreign Ministry has asked the Consular Office to ensure best performance to cope with increasing service demands.
Addressing a regular press briefing on Thursday, Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesman Doan Khac Viet said more technical infrastructure, equipment and staff have been deployed to meet increasing demand in passport issuance and consular legalization.
The Consular Office and single-window unit will submit more advisory notes on simplification and IT application to the government to ensure timely procedures for citizens.
