Vietnam scores 52.3 on the Fitch Solutions Operational Risk Index, which is in the middle of the scale compared to other countries in the region.
Vietnam’s textile sector grew 15.8 percent in the 2010-2019 period, making Vietnam the world’s second largest textile exporter after China. Fitch Solutions attributes Vietnam’s success to a young labor force and low wages.
